Indulgence, enjoyment, hunger, lust, and desire. Pleasure (german: lust) knows many synonyms. For children, it is omnipresent, while adults have learned to suppress it: they only allow themselves to indulge in pleasure in socially acceptable doses, behind closed doors or in the form of stimulants and addictive substances. But who or what actually determines which pleasure we should allow ourselves - and which pleasures should remain hidden? And: When does pleasure become an addiction?
With the means of contemporary circus, Momomento embarks on a journey through the multiple facets of pleasure and lust. Under the branches of an enticing apple tree, the four-member ensemble use music, dance and circus to breathtakingly explore the ups and downs of life.
